For over three decades, Chabad of Greater Orlando proudly served the Jewish community from its home at 708 Lake Howell Road, Maitland, Florida 32751, a facility established in 1994 that became a center for Jewish education, celebration, and community life.
In September 2024, our beloved center experienced a tragic fire that significantly impacted the building. While this unexpected event marked the end of an era, it also opened a new chapter in the growth and future of our community.
Today, Chabad of Greater Orlando is operating from its temporary location at 2150 North Park Avenue, Winter Park, Florida, which serves as the home for our daily and weekly services, classes, and community activities. Due to space limitations, many programs, events, and celebrations continue to be held at various locations throughout the Greater Orlando area.
We encourage community members to contact our administration for the most up to date information regarding program locations and schedules, and to join our email list to receive timely announcements, event updates, and service times.
As we continue planning and preparing for the next permanent home of Chabad of Greater Orlando, we remain deeply grateful for the unwavering support, encouragement, and partnership of our community during this transitional period. We look forward to sharing exciting updates about our future campus and to continuing our mission of strengthening Jewish life throughout Greater Orlando for generations to come.
